written interview at Canonical - I had to answer a series of detailed questions—honestly, it felt more like writing essays than a typical job application. They really wanted to dig into my background, so I had to talk about my performance in high school, especially in subjects like math and science, why I chose my university, and my academic achievements.
Then came the section on professional experience, where I had to break down my work history, highlight my key strengths, and explain how my past roles were relevant to the one I was applying for. They weren’t just looking for a list of jobs—I had to really think through my experiences and articulate them well.
