Long, arduous interview process with little human interaction. The first stage is asynchronous, consisting of a lengthy written interview, a take-home technical interview, and a 'psychometric' exam.
The take home exam and technical interview were trivial, besides the weird focus on high school performance. The psychometric exam is essentially an IQ test and leaves a bad taste in the mouth. It might not have the discriminatory history of an IQ test, but it certainly doesn't welcome neurodiverse people who don't have strengths in long term memory and it is not related to the job function.
After this stage, I was invited to a series of three early stage interviews. The first two were easy, standard interviews and were a nice conversation. The final interview was a whiteboard interview, which was not made clear before... the interviewer has you solve a leetcode style question with no IDE. This is against my hiring philosophy.
Throughout the interviews, the interviewers highlighted the diversity of the company in their answers, yet all the interviewers were middle aged white men...
