A comprehensive take-home written questionnaire that includes questions about your professional career, university studies, and even high school learning experiences. It did take a few hours to comb through the details and write good answers, and might feel like a waste of time if you didn't get to the next stage -- The personality and intelligent competence test. After both stages, I entered a round of multiple peer interviews with potential stakeholders and colleagues this role would work with. The next stages would have been to meet the hiring manager and executives, but I didn't make it to the end. The interview process was lengthy and there was a lot of time gap in between stages. My recruiting lead was responsive most of the times and willing to provide transparency upon request. While everyone I met in the peer interviews was super nice, smart, and empathetic of the interview process, the process itself wasn't the most human or hands-on, especially comparing to that of smaller-sized companies. I would recommend not to apply if you are under time pressure to find a job, since the whole process for me (which only was halfway through) took more than four months to complete. I would apply again in the future, but only when I am still in a stable or comfortable state of my professional career.
