Horrible. The worst interview process I have ever experienced in over 30 years. They string you along for months and require you to basically do market research for them. I made it all the way to the SVP and he shot me down stating that I don't have a strategy. The CEO and Executive row create the strategy, not an Alliances Manager. I guess I avoided disaster as a buddy just quit after that same SVP refused to even consider him for a promotion when my buddy more than doubled the revenue every year for three years. Horrible and don't waste your time!
