      Entrevista

Lengthy, as related by the others, fortunately I did not get past the application part of writing a long essay as I was rejected probably for how I wrote this essay. As long as you have the time to do it and jump through their hops it is pretty easy. Code challenge was easy, tests as well and the essay would be easy if you dedicated 4+ hours. What really ground my gears was that they did not give me any feedback of why I was rejected (as I said, 100% it was the essay) as it is "company policy" not to give any at this stage, but they asked me to do a survey to give THEM feedback. Are they delusional? In which galaxy does this make any sense?
