Before you can submit your application, you must answer about five questions, ranging from your most technical experience to how you performed in math (!) in high school. Most people applying for this job will have been out of high school for a good number of years, so I do not understand the relevance. It takes quite some time to answer these questions properly. As soon as I submitted my application, I received two emails at the exact same time. The first one was the standard "Thanks for applying" email and the second one was "We have reviewed your application and we regret to inform you that we shall not be progressing your application further for this particular role"... What a waste of time and disrespect for candidates!
