      Time-consuming process with an assignment with too many questions, many of them irrelevant to the position I had applied for. A total waste of time and definitely not a well-designed interview process.

      Very long proccess following this order. I passed the first two, then a day after letting me know that I should expect interview in the coming days, an email was sent to me that based on resume screening (which I passed several weeks ago) I will not have any meetings. This came to me as a surprise, since I have already passed the screeninig, a very long (5 pages) written interview and a psychometric test. The Hiring Lead even replied to my email asking about timeline for the process. • Initial application review • A written interview and standardised aptitude tests • Technical assessments and interviews • Potentially, a panel interview for shortlisted candidates I don't recomend giving this your valuable time if you have any better use of it. No explanation was giving to me on why the change of heart before my first interview taking place.

Education Whether you have had a long career or are new to the workplace, we ask all candidates to give us a sense of their academic credentials and strengths for fairness reasons. • In high school, how did you rank competitively in maths and hard sciences? Which was your strongest? • In high school, how did you rank competitively in languages and the arts? Which was your strongest? • What sort of high school student were you? Outside of class, what were your interests and hobbies? What would your high school peers remember you for, if we asked them? • Which university and degree did you choose? What others did you consider, and why did you select that one? • At university, did you do particularly well at any area of your degree? • Overall, what was your degree result and how did that reflect on your ability? • In high school and university, what did you achieve that was exceptional? • What leadership roles did you take on during your education?
