Main comment is don't bother starting the process for this role if you're not a Silicon industry Veteran. They state this role is open for people with different backgrounds (not sure why, probably to tick some diversity checkbox), but then you'll waste considerable time on their written tests only to find that the next step (in person interviews) is all about filtering out anyone without specific industry experience and knowledge. Other than that, they all seem very nice people and I would have loved to work there.
