Wasted 2.5 months of my life. DO NOT APPLY. They have been recruiting for this position for the past 5 months. Only one person needs to fulfil the role, and you're telling me that from 400+ candidates no one is good enough? Completed tests, a long written assessment and 6 interviews. Sometimes they take at least 2 weeks to reply back and schedule the next interview. Absurd. Even though they are a "remote first" company they still pay you as a contractor and pay are based in your jurisdiction. So if you live in x country you will get paid significantly less than your Austin counterparts even though you have MORE responsibilities because the role requires frequency in 3 languages.
