A written interview that takes 3-4 hours to complete, then a psychometric assessment (40 minutes). They don't share the result, you don't have a chance to speak to anyone, so you're basically doing all this for a position which may not even align with your financial expectations. Won't be applying again.

The recruitment process is quite cumbersome. Applicants are made to provide answers to a long list of technical questions which is very time-consuming before proceeding to the next stage.
It may be frustrating if one does not get the job offer after putting in so much time demanding efforts at the recruitment.

Incredibly drawn out interview process that includes written interview and assessment before speaking with anyone. After this, you will typically meet with 6-7 people. I was advanced to the psychometric assessment, but could not commit any additional time.
