They really use a 100 year old test called GIA to filter out candidates, where your speed matters more than your experience or entrepreneurial character. For a job which requires street smartness they require you to do a test which was used to recruit soldiers. The revenues of Canonical are reflective of a rigid structure which refuses to change.
