The interview is thorough and tests different aspects of your character. I found it quite intriguing and gives both parties time to get to know each other. The process is a bit lengthy but I believe it has improved significantly lately.

Too many unnecessary questions as high school grades and psychometric tests etc etc . Just don't bother applying if you got other options to get hired somewhere else !
