Codility challenge after 5 days of applying to the job. Team/panel interview 1 week later. Interviewers were friendly and supportive. Result comes out 5 days after the interview. Recruiter was helpful and approachable.

Went well and fast timeline. Had the final round with the hiring manager. The job description had some very loose interpretations of what the responsibilities actually were. Three weeks later never heard back, guess it was a waste of my time. For the amount of time they spent on panel interviews, management must have little value for their employees' time.
