I had a screener interview with the recruiter. She was very positive and told me that this could be the perfect fit (normally she would never tell me this during a screener interview, but this was a clear match she told me). So we discussed dates for the follow up interviews, which never happened. She never came back to me and while I tried to contact her, I didn't get any response. After reading the feedback here, I see that ghosting is a normal thing at Cannondale. Zero respect for the candidates and they also don't understand that this will harm their brand reputation.
