First interview with HR. Second Interview with Tim. Both are Phone screen interview.
The scheduled the second interview for me, but few days later they postpone it. So the second interview is about 10 days late than our first schedule.

I thought the interview result was pre decided and they were not actually looking to hire at that time. As I have substantial experience in residential and commercial projects the interviewer was not ready to accept that I want to explore into healthcare deign. I thought that was demotivating.
Also one of my other colleague experience was bad as they took very long to even respond.

I felt like I was being pushed around to different people. It was not welcoming and instead felt like I was being shown every reason not to work there. It was a waste of my time.

Where do you see design going in the next 10 years?
The interview process went really well and most of the questions are based on the experience that I have acquired. And they gave enough time to answer the question. Some questions are based on Revit and how do I use Revit in a project.
