The hiring process is rigorous at Cannon School. They will begin by first having a phone interview then if you fit the qualifications you will be invited to spend an entire day at the school. You spend the day meeting with various departments, even eat lunch with the students. You will have to teach a sample lesson and people will pop in and out of the room while you're teaching. At the end of the day you meet with the head of school. It's a long day but I've never had a parallel interview experience that made me feel so welcome and - special.
