They will hire anybody who comes. I guess it's not a job a lot of people want. By the time they hire you they will most likely be desperate for anybody. You have the upper hand. Don't sell yourself short. They will offer minimum wage as a "trial" to see if it you will work. You will not make much more than that. You can prove yourself over and over and it won't make a difference.

Was thorough and specific. Very professional. Nice people who made me feel at ease. Took almost 45 minutes. They made me feel at ease during the interview process. They screen good for the job.
