Interview with the owner, small firm, did NOT ever meet direct supervisor until after starting working there. I got a tour of the office, and was asked how soon i could start. I was intended to begin as an outsource employee but worked 40 hour weeks immediately in office. Manager openly said " i don't trust new people and i don't really know why you are here".
