      Entrevista

      The whole process took 3-4 weeks. First, a recruiter reached out to me and set up an introductory call. Next was the interview with the hiring manager/CTO. After that was an interview with a PM, mostly just getting to know each other and answering any questions I had about the culture/team. Next was a technical interview - pair programming. I wasn't too familiar with React, but they took that into consideration. The problem was totally reasonable and felt collaborative. Finally, onsite interviews. This took ~4.5 hours and was split up over two days. - Interview with another PM - Interview with recruiters - Technical deep dive w/ CTO and another engineer - A collaboration exercise designing a system with 3 other engineers. Again, totally reasonable and felt collaborative. - Interview with the CEO Throughout the whole process, my recruiter kept in contact, provided quick feedback, and made sure I was prepared for each interview. This was the most I had ever communicated with a recruiter for a role, and I really appreciated it.
