I applied for the job online and received an email within a few days inviting me for a brief, informal chat over the phone to discuss my digital marketing experience to date. After the phone call I was then invited for a first interview with senior members of the SEO team. I was asked to prepare a technical SEO audit for a website, which was discussed in the interview, along with my experience and knowledge of technical SEO skills. After this first interview, I was then invited to a second interview with the directors of the company. This interview was more general than the first one, which mainly concentrated on my SEO knowledge.
