Was phone interviewed by 2 ladies. One was the human resource lady and the other was the department manager. They were kind and explained the job role clearly in the beginning. They asked some basic behavioral questions as well as questions specifically related to my field of study so be prepared to talk about specifics. I recommend writing brief notes about the courses you choose to talk about in the interview
