Entrevista
After applying through the CNE website, I received an e-mail telling me that I had been offered an interview. The interview was done in groups (about 9 or 10 other people were interviewed with me) and the interviewers would go around the circle and ask us various questions. The group interview lasted ~45 minutes and everyone was asked to wait outside afterwards to hear the results of the interview. Approximately half of us were hired on the spot and we then filled in the necessary paperwork. The atmosphere was relaxed and casual, and the interviewers were extremely friendly and pleasant.

it was a group interview. they asked situational questions and at the end stepped out for a few minutes to discuss/review and then came back and offered everyone a position
