A group interview of about 10 people with the CEO and the director of finance. Everyone take turn answering the same question. There was a total of 5 questions per person.

You submit resume online, and will get called back a few weeks later.
It's a group interview with 5 to 6 other people. As long as you do okay, you will get hired.
