      Entrevista

      Received a call from the VP of the company requested me to come for an interview. Arrived at the interview and spoke with the VP for less than a half hour and was hired. I wasn't really asked any questions, just told about the position.

      Entrevista

      The interview process was quite good with a phone interview first, following a video call interview. Both of those went great. Then I had a interview with the head of the company and he seemed real nice as well. All the interviews seemed to go good. My main reason for the bad review was that after all of this and them telling me they would make a decision and get back with me that never happened. I was told in 24 hours I would know something and nothing. I tried contacting the first interviewer by email twice and did not get one reply. To me this is unacceptable behavior. These companies want us to be on time for the interview and do our part to be professional then the company should be held to the same standard. If I did not get the position so be it but let the other applicants know so they can move on looking for other opportunities. There are far too many companies these days that act so unprofessional. I am constantly seeing this kind of activity happen to applicants, until we speak up about this kind of thing it will keep happening!!!!! Just wanted to warn any other applicants applying for recruiting jobs with them that there is a strong possibility that you will bot be contacted after the interview to let you know something(called ghosting). Last words for the company-you guys need to shape up your professionalism. Leaving people hanging not knowing either way and not giving them the proper contact is not good practices and frankly is not good business Etiquette.
