Met the CEO london straight away, really nice, agreed to take further in the interview, but nothing happened for 6 weeks. Then came back in to meet london boss, typical ex -global markets guy in wealth which always worries me but knows his markets. Agreed to take further, but took another 6 weeks to get back in. interview was arranged Sunday night for Monday morning I was expecting an offer and then feedback was they were putting it on hold, screamed to me they don't know what they want. They seem want 100m new assets year one, but they are not good enough a brand or business to attract that person who is currently running a billion. I could have brought 75m but seemed not interested or didn't believe me which was strange after 3 rounds.
