Good meeting with initial recruiter. Elongated time to meet with hiring manager due to availability/ schedule. Changes in HR department during interview process and they took weeks to follow up regarding next step.

The recruiter was very sweet and supportive in the process, however there was one thing that made me particularly disappointed in the process and that is I was eventually rejected without receiving a proper feedback to the test assignment, and rejected because they decided to proceed with candidates that have very matching experience compared to mine. We have established with the hiring manager from the beginning that I will not have all the required experience but can learn as I am very experienced in this particular area of marketing, and i was moved to the test assignment and spent lots of time on it. Only to be declined based on something that was known from very beginning. It would have been much more fair just not to be moved in the process at all, and least receive feedback to the assignment from the hiring manager.
