The first interview with the HR associate was very positive, and I really enjoyed the conversation with the person. The second interview with the manager for the position was also very positive, we had a good chat. Third Interview - Hack session. Due to a misunderstanding on my part regarding the description of what the hack session would be, I was underprepared for the interview and was expecting a challenge to manage files, connect to APIs, or something related, instead it was a challenge to create a quick game. While it was of course something programming related, it was so far connected to the reality of the daily routine of a DevOps engineer that I had troubles, which made me unable to complete it in a timely manner, and caused me to be dropped out of the process.
