It was a 30 min Skype talk to the CEO. Carsten started talking about Campstar, what it is, how and why was founded and about his path so far. Then his first question to me was to describe my path so far and if my expectations corresponded to my reality. After he asked me to rate my own competences such as communication, organization .... It was a nice conversation with the right questions. It was nothing what I expected but I enjoyed.
