An interview of two halves. I received a warm welcome from one of my interview panel, the other interviewer was late - joined the process half way through questioning which threw off the dynamic. I was then moved -again- for a 30 minute shadowing of the department before returning for more interview questions!! Very messy interview structure - would have benefited from both interviewers being present from the start and a shadowing at the conclusion of interview rather than the stop- start approach used in my experience. I was even asked one more question as I was walking out of the door!!!!
