If you are interested in this company my friends and I suggest that you try to avoid outside recruiters at all costs. The ones trying to place folks here are incompetent and will give you a terrible review if you are not EXACTLY a match on ALL fronts. Truly a shame because many interviewees are knocked out for no good reason, as a result. Hopefully some day Skyy Human Resources will see that they are making a mistake and that they should be more selective as to which head hunters aid in their searches.

The questions were not particularly difficult. It was more the MANNER in which the outside recruiter/head hunter was asking the questions and the fact that you were not allowed to get a word in to defend your background!!!

Quick introduction call with HR (in French & English), then face to face meeting with the group manager. After passing this round, you meet the marketing director and then you’re hired. They were kind and transparent throughout. Make sure to read about the local regulations and challenged of the spirits industry

Incompetent interviewers. They focused on things that are not important to the role. i was ghosted after two interviews and when I reached out the hiring manager had left the company.

Pratiquement 6 mois d'entretiens (mauvais concours de circonstance) - 1 entretien avec une personne de l'équipe RH Europe Centrale - 1 entretien avec la Directrice Marketing - 1 entretien avec une personne de l'équipe RH Belgique - 1 entretien avec le Directeur Général - 1 entretien avec la nouvelle Directrice Marketing. J'avais l'impression de postuler pour la Nasa... et zéro feedback à la fin. J'ai trouvé cela très irrespectueux et de manière générale, j'ai trouvé leur approche très autoritaire. Ca me laisse un goût très amer (sans mauvais jeu de mots) concernant cette entreprise et ses produits.
