The first round consisted of a Skype interview with the head of the Sales Development team that lasted about an hour. Conversation ended with an invitation to interview in the London offices a few days later.
At the London offices I interviewed with three account executives, and then with the regional manager over Skype. Everyone was extremely nice and laid back - the interviews were very conversational. I heard back later that day that I had been invited to the final round, which would consist of a 15 minute product pitch. I was asked to prepare the pitch with slides on any product or service I liked.
There was about a week to prepare, and then the pitch was given to the CRO, regional managers, sales development team head, and the account executives in London. There were a few questions throughout on the pitch, including some small objections to test out reactions. After the pitch was over, they asked some questions about how I felt my performance was, where I could improve etc. Really positive experience here as well, everyone was very nice and laid back.
