Went through a recruiter. One phone screening and a Zoom call with the recruiting firm, followed by an interview with the department head and one with the rest of the team, all on separate days. Then separately scheduled an interview with the president and a final one with HR before getting an offer. A bit excessive for a mid-level role but each interview went really well.
