Two separate phone interviews - it should have been three, I think, but the director already knew me since I was a long-time friend. I spoke with one of the board members, and then the former Aquatics Director. The former director had moved to a job that didn't leave her able to help out full time at camp, but still came when she could to do odd jobs, so that's why she interviewed me. That way, the board had info from someone who could ask me personality questions, and questions about the pool/aquatics things I've done.
