Hiring was pretty smooth. I submitted a cover letter and resume via email and was responded to shortly thereafter. Within a week, I was interviewed. At the interview I got a tour of the school I'd be working in. The supervisor asked situational type interview questions. I was pretty sure by the end that I had the job. It was straightforward and easy overall.
