very casual. Had a chat with 2 ladies. We went through my portfolio and the conversation was mostly about it. They explained the role in a very clear way which was great, that does not happen very often. They said they will get back to me....and they actually did. Even though I didn't get a job I have received an email explaining why ( not enough experience - fair enough) and 'good luck in a job search'. It was maybe second or third time someone gave me feedback after the interview so even when they chose someone else, I feel quite positive about the experience.
