About a week after submitting the online application, I received an email to schedule an initial phone screen with the HR rep at Vista Outdoors. Following the phone screen, I was scheduled for a phone interview with the Director of the department. I was then invited for an all-day, in-person interview at their HQ in Petaluma. I met with individuals or groups from various teams the position would work with (product development, marketing, project management, product management, etc.), each interview session lasting about an hour. My would-be direct supervisor took me to lunch for our session mid-day. The last session of the day was a one-on-one with the Director of the department. The HR rep at Vista occasionally reached out to keep me informed of the expected timeline, all the way through their decision date (about a month later).

Met with operations team. Very professional and friendly group of people. Interview focused on attention to detail with some interesting questions to assess my abilities. Communication before interview and after was prompt and kind, I did receive a job offer but it was only a temp to hire position so did not end up taking it.
