Quite intense for a fairly junior project manager role. Had an assessment and presentation followed by more formal interview. Was not informed of all panel members beforehand, could intimidate some people seeing the uniforms and plus no one neutral from HR present. I didn't feel very welcomed on arrival and just disappointed with the how it all made me feel. Wouldn't apply here again based on above sadly.
