Round 1, Initial phone screening; Round 2, in-person interview with the hiring manager and HR; Round 3, last round interview with 8 different people on staff over 3.5 hours. The last interview was grueling, to say the least, with back-to-back 1:1 meetings with their staff over multiple hours. It also ran over because they had scheduling issues and I was sitting in the room for a great length of waiting on the next staff member to arrive. That last interview was over 9 weeks ago and I still haven't received a response one way or the other. It's hard to be 'ghosted', especially after all the time and energy I put into the application process.
Update: 2 weeks ago, I emailed the hiring manager, congratulating them if they chose someone else and reiterating how much I enjoyed meeting with their team, but I still have not received any response or any update on my application.
