I interviewed at Cambridge Intelligence in March 2021. The interview process took about 2 weeks and was split into 5 stages: - Introductory call with the Talent Manager - Coding exercise (using one of their products to solve a data analysis problem) - Panel style technical interview with some of the dev team - Culture fit interview with Head of Development - Final stage interview with CEO I found the process to be challenging but equally enjoyable at every round. Although more stages than I am used to/was expecting, CI were very quick to give honest feedback/progress my application through each stage. What stuck out the most for me was that, despite not answering some of the questions as well as I feel I could have, CI seemed more concerned about my cultural fit in the team instead of whether I had every single technical box ticked. In my mind this speaks volumes about how they aim to hire the right people and help them grow as necessary once part of the team. Everyone I spoke to was very pleasant and I think this is in part down to my last point.
