The process had three stages and lasted around 2 months. I wasn’t comfortable from the beginning. There were multiple interviewers asking questions back to back, which felt a bit overwhelming and more like cross-questioning than a discussion. The questions were relevant... but the overall process felt quite long for the level of the role. I would have appreciated clearer communication and a slightly more conversational approach, The overall format felt like a very one-sided interrogation, with limited opportunity for discussion or clarification. The experience did not feel particularly welcoming or constructive.
