Behavioral based and also a case study at the end. Very interesting questions all about how you would handle scenarios. They are very finance based and economic based. If you come from that background it’s easier than not

Long interview process. Meet with HR, meet with direct reports, meet with people senior to them, meet with more people on the team, eventually meet the global head of the team. Some roles also involve a short test.

The interview process was smooth and quite informal. I had at least 4-5 interviews before I was offered the role. But overall the interview process was not difficult, it was mostly about my experience and a few technical questions. I also had a test to pass beforehand, this was not too hard either.
