The interview format and flow were quite different based on the personalities of the interviewers. It looked to me that each of them was testing for certain traits or skills or areas. The hand-off from one step to another during the process was smooth. Some of the interviews were quite intense but friendly. It is crucial to go to Cambly interview with an understanding of its product and mission. The interviewers will generally tie back many questions and your answers back to Cambly. If you are not ready for this, you will find it hard. Overall, the interviews were casual and friendly but thorough.
