It was pretty intense. I think I had up to seven interviews and it required a lot of prep. I was excited about the job, but the more interviews I had, the more I realized that the job would be more challenging than I thought. It was generally a well-done experience. I don't know whether the other candidates received the same questions that I did -- so I'm unclear about how fair it was -- but they seemed to care about making sure the process was fair.
