Entrevista
Very unique interview setup with a required 5-minute presentation and a basic finance knowledge test. Not too difficult and at the management level people seem mature and experience. Only bad experience is that the analysts who interviewed showed no sign of competence and professionalism. Business Analyst also seems like a misnomer for this position as this position pretty much is information technology. The workplace has no dress code and terrible work environment with desks all scattered around. Accept offers from them at your own personal discretion.

Call from a recruiter, follow up with hiring manager, onsite with 3 colleagues. Fairly easy process. Great hiring team, very personable and friendly. Centrally located office. Exciting opportunity in capital markets. Cutting edge technology.

It was a four round interview process. Three phonecalls, the first one was with the EMEA Director to position ourselves. The second and third phonecalls were with experienced Business Analysts/Managers related to expertise, business and system knowledge. After these I was invited to a personal interview with Director and a Manager.

Phone interview then a group interview, details on your resume etc. Was not difficult, and very straight forward. This was an entry level role, so it was really about describing why you think you're a fit and why Calypso.
