I was invited to interview by the program chair who then introduced me to the Chief Academic Officer for the official process. It was very well organized with lots of professionalism and appropriate documentation. Eventually, I flew in for a live interview with full faculty.

I'm not sure I can boil it down to one thing. Certainly, it was important to be in full agreement with the school's mission and vision as well as to be able to articulate a defensible philosophy of education.
one on one meeting directly with leadership of department. Kind gentleman was thorough on job opportunity. School was easy to find but the actual office entrance was hard to find. Interview lasted 30 minutes (up to 45 minutes).
