Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Calsonic Kansei (Canton, MS)
Entrevista
Applied online. Had a phone interview the same day. In-person interview a week later. Offer letter within two weeks. I was interview by a 2-person panel. They asked many basic questions that you've probably heard a thousand times. It was obvious there wasn't a real "structure" to the corporate hiring process and was up to the manager doing the interview as to how he wanted to conduct the interview.

Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Calsonic Kansei (Lewisburg, TN) en abr 2012
Entrevista
Phone interview was the first type. I spoke with, primarily, the Engineering Manager at the time. We discussed the basics of the job, which is very very generic. Expected ("typical")) working hours, location.
Second interview was in person. My colleague had been there for a couple months by now so he gave me a tour of the production floor. I recall the HR and Engineering Manager being a part of this. A few of the same questions were fielded. A few of the benefits were discussed.
