The interview was more theory based rather than checking the practical knowledge of the person. The person interviewed was more arrogant or I felt like that I strongly feel that instead of browsing some interview question from the net and using to hire it wont help to get the right candidate. The knowlegde recent technology,practical knowledge should be considered .
