They asked me very specific questions about my skills and experience while at ConocoPhillips which is where I became a Communications Hybrid (someone who can not only develop a website but create the content for it as well). I provided details about my first website redesign at Halliburton, Technical Writing at Chevron where I developed online help manuals and user guides. I also expounded on providing Change Management, Executive Communications, Marketing, translating highly-complex concepts to an optimal flow. Finally they wanted to know more information about a grassroots employee recognition program that I created, entitled “Winning” for employees who meet the required criteria of the program. The “Winning” program revolutionized how employees now work at a level that is superior to the standard.
