The whole application-Interview-here process took a little less than a month. Submitted resume and cover letter on line. Received an email to set up a phone interview with HR. Pleasant 30 minute phone interview with HR lead to a 30 minute phone interview with the hiring manager. After the phone interviews, a 6 person in person,panel interview was held. I would describe the process as industry standard and not particularly uncomfortable
