One of the worst interviews I have ever attended. The recruiter contacted me and setup the interview. Calix talent management/HR use "myworkdayjobs" website to collect all the candidate information. If filling your resume and maintaining Naukri website isn't enough, you have to do that all over again in "myworkdayjobs" website, where you have to sign up, enter all your work history, skills, project details, etc. This will take significant amount of time. I completed the 2nd technical round, but I did not receive any form of communication of my job application status even after 4 weeks. It should be a common courtesy or professionalism to intimate the candidate of their application status regardless of the outcome, but looks like the HR was not willing to that. Just goes to show the way they treat someone when they are not required anymore. I'm truly starting to believe their Glassdoor reviews are paid for and not genuine. Even companies under "Best places to work for" does not have more than 4.5 star ratings. When it comes to technical interview, 1st round was ok, just basic questions, then the second round totally went south.
